- To participate in the contest you must first register with YouSport.com with a valid e-mail address.
- Duration:
- Contest will begin October 3rd 2008 and will end December 31th 2008.
- Prize Criteria:

1st prize will be awarded to the top YouSporter with the most yoins.
2nd prize will be awarded to the 2nd YouSporter with the most yoins.
3rd prize will be awarded to the 3rd YouSporter with the most yoins.
- Prize Date:
- The winners of the contest will be announced on January 3rd 2009 on this page
- Prizes:

1st prize winner will receive: 1 Ipod Touch
2nd prize winner will receive: 1 soccer jersey of your favorite team and 1 soccer ball
3rd Prize winner will receive: 1 backpack
- Restrictions:
- This contest is void where prohibited or restricted by any relevant federal, state or local law, including but not limited to jurisdictions with laws that would require registration, disclosure, filing, trust account or posting of a bond, or any other requirements that are not satisfied.
- Cheating:
- Just like in soccer good sports man, or woman, like conduct is important while participating in the contest. Abuses, misconduct, and cheating during the contest will be identified by our referee. Perpetrators of these actions will be awarded yellows cards as a warning. If the individual(s) in question receive two yellow cards they will be red carded, banded from the contest and their yoins confiscated. So lets play by the rules and have some fun.
- Limitation on Liability:
- Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, neither YouSport.com Inc., nor any supplier, employee, director or agent shall be liable under any legal or equitable theory for (a) any technical or human error which may occur in the process of submitting Animations that may limit your ability to participate in this contest, (b) failure of your Animation submission to be included in the contest, or (c) any injuries, losses or damages caused by a Prize awarded (or failed to be awarded) in the contest or participation in the contest.

This contest is governed by and shall be construed under the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. The parties hereby irrevocably consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts of Seattle, Washington. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these rules shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
